A team consists of 4 members that should a volunteers at a “search and rescue” team. you can mix people from different teams.

For Volunteers
There is a huge demand for volunteers to run SAR Games, if you would like to help, then first choose how you would like to help, then fill in the correct form for that role. (if you are a potato and can do anything, then each form has a separate question for that, so simply choose the role you think you want the most, then fill it in).
Types of Volunteers:
Casualty / Markør: you get to play injured, or sick, or simply passerby of an incident. some roles require a lot of acting skills and a lot of energy, others only need a person that sits quietly on a chair. this role is open for anyone young and old. we need a lot of this type.

Makup artist/ sminkør: To make our cases realistic, we use makeup and face blood to make injuries and sickness look as real as possible. if you have skills within this field this job is for you.

Referee / Dommer: if you have some experience especially within first-aid this is a role where you get to decide who is the best at one particular task. for complex cases more than one referee will work together. you will get a paper sheet where points can be given according to strict requirements. finally the score is sent digitally to the head referee. we need a minimum of 12 of these.

Photographer / Videographer: if you like to take photos or shoot video then join in as a photographer. the photo group will rotate members of the group to different cases, so that as much as possible is covered, and so that each photographer can have as much fun as possible. the photo group also need people with skills in processing incoming photos.

Food / Forpleining: we serve a lot of food during the weekend. Waffles on friday afternoon, breakfast/lunch on saturday) waffles on saturday, dinner on saturday and breakfast on sunday. this requires a few people to help make and distribute the food. we also need help before hand with shopping and after with cleanup. if you want to make a big impact on the weekend, then joind the food group.

Transport: we need a lot of trasport both before the weekend, and during the weekend. driving teams, referees etc to and from their post, transporting teams between posts, transporting goods, food, etc wherever needed. you need a driving license.

liaison officer: (NEW) We have added a new role for the 2026 games, this role will need to learn the route and location of all the tasks before the games, and will be acting as a referee on some cases (where the need for refereeing are large). this person will stick with one team for the entire weekend, and will guide them from task to task, maybe set certain time limits on some tasks. this person is in charge of all navigation (outside navigation tasks) and communications with command. this task is preferably for experiences volunteers (maybe you have joined the games a previous year).
Night watch / Nattevakt: We will sleep at a middle-school in town, and there is a demand for people to be awake and keep controll each night. if you are a night own, this one is for you.

Commander / KO: We have a command-center where we keep track of all moving parts, this is for peopel who are trained and used to organize huge numbers of people. you will see little, but hear it all. this is a very tiny groupd.

Post (modern) Slaves: the different posts on friday and saturday need a lot of equipment and such setup and taken down. this group will prepare all the jokes, see all the secrets, and cary all the gear. this is for the nerds out there that would like to see/create the core of the SAR Games, the tasks themselves. (we need people on thursday, friday, saturday and sunde of the games, but also in the months leading up if you want).

First-Aid: There is a lot of moving parts so we have a team of first-aid personell that man our Ambulance (AFØR). so if you are a EMT, or other high lever First-aider you can help man our ambulance for the weekend.

Potato: If you are one of those unique induviduals that can do anything and everything… each form has a little check box at the bottom, if you select this, we can use you for anything.
